AI-native workflow orchestration
Orchestrate any enterprise workflow — across any system — without the integration sprawl.
NeuSyn is an AI-native workflow orchestration platform. Design workflows visually, run them on an engine built for enterprise scale and resilience, and connect to any downstream system. Change logic in production without a release — and let AI generate your tests and your connectors.
What is NeuSyn
One platform for the processes that cross every system.
Enterprises run on processes that cross dozens of systems — internal services, third-party providers, legacy platforms, message queues — each with its own protocol, format, and failure mode. Stitching those together usually means scattered, hand-written integration code that's slow to change and hard to trust.
NeuSyn replaces that with a single orchestration platform. You model a process once, connect the systems it touches, and NeuSyn runs it reliably — with retries, circuit breakers, decision rules, and a complete audit trail built in. Behavior is externally configurable, so teams change routing, rules, and timeouts in production without a deployment. And NeuSyn is AI-native by design: the platform increasingly builds, tests, and connects itself, so your team spends time on the process, not the plumbing.
How it works
Design
Model your workflow and its decision logic in the NeuSyn UI.
Connect
Wire in your services and downstream systems; let AI generate the connectors and the tests.
Run & operate
The engine executes at scale with built-in resilience, while you trace and tune every transaction live.
The platform
Run. Build. Operate. Integrate with AI.
An enterprise execution engine.
Built for the demands of production enterprise workloads, not document-approval workflows.
- High-throughput orchestration — sequential and parallel execution across many services in a single flow.
- Resilience built in — automatic retries with backoff, per-service circuit breakers, and failure isolation so one bad integration never cascades.
- Configure, don't code — a three-tier model (platform → tenant → service) changes business rules, routing, and timeouts in production with no release cycle.
- Decisioning — a rules engine routes and gates flows on live results without redeployment.
- Multi-tenant by design — full isolation of configuration, data, and scaling per customer or business unit.
- Long-running and real-time — sub-second flows and workflows that span hours or days waiting on external responses.
- Safe rollouts — canary changes to a single service or tenant before going wide.
The workflow studio.
Define, configure, and change workflows from one interface — no scattered files, no redeploys.
- Visual workflow design — lay out a process and its decision logic in the UI.
- Configuration management — create and modify service configs, rules, field mappings, and SLAs in place, with validation that catches mistakes before they ship.
- Live, in-production changes — push configuration updates without a release.
- Guardrails — every change is validated against the platform's schemas and contracts.
Transaction intelligence.
Every workflow run is fully observable, so you can answer “what happened and why” in seconds.
- Complete audit trail — every step of every execution is recorded and queryable.
- Transaction history analysis — search, filter, and inspect runs; see exactly which step failed and what data flowed through it.
- Structured results — each run returns one consolidated, typed result, not a pile of disconnected logs.
- Compliance-ready — a durable record for audits and reviews.
AI that builds and tests your workflows.
AI aimed at the two slowest parts of orchestration: testing workflows and building connectors.
- Models as first-class steps (available today) — any AI/ML model served over gRPC or as a queue worker plugs into a workflow, and you route on its output.
- AI copilot — ask why a transaction failed or what a workflow does, then draft new workflows and mappings, every output human-approved.
- AI-generated tests — NeuSyn reads a workflow and generates a suite covering success, branch, and failure paths; coverage regenerates as the workflow changes.
- AI-built connectors — describe a downstream interface and AI generates the worker that bridges to it, turning weeks of integration into a reviewed, generated connector.
Deploy in your environment
Runs where your data lives. Uses the AI you already trust.
NeuSyn deploys inside your boundary and runs against your own AI infrastructure — so sensitive data and model inference never leave your environment. Cloud, on-prem, or fully air-gapped.
In your boundary
Deploy to your own cloud or VPC, your on-prem data center, or a fully air-gapped network. The platform meets your data where it has to stay.
Bring your own AI
Your models — served in your environment over gRPC or as queue workers — plug in as workflow steps. Data and inference never leave your boundary.
Ships as containers
A containerized, Kubernetes deployment your team operates and controls. No vendor round-trips; nothing phones home.
Boundary-aware
Deploys within your FedRAMP or DoD IL authorization boundary, so your data and audit trail stay in-boundary — a direct fit for federal, defense, healthcare, and finance.
Who it's for
Platform and integration engineering teams, and the operations and compliance teams who run business-critical processes on top of them.
Service orchestration
Coordinate many internal microservices into one reliable, observable process.
Third-party / multi-provider integration
Call and aggregate across external providers with per-service resilience.
Compliance & verification
Orchestrate identity, document, and background checks across multiple data providers — parallel calls, decision rules, one audited result.
Legacy modernization
Put a configurable, observable orchestration layer in front of systems you can't easily change.
FAQ
Is NeuSyn a BPM tool?
No. BPM suites are built for human task and document routing. NeuSyn is built for high-throughput, service-to-service orchestration across systems with different protocols.
Do I have to write code?
Workflows and configuration are defined and changed in the UI. AI generates the connectors and tests that used to require code.
How does NeuSyn handle failures?
Automatic retries, per-service circuit breakers, and failure isolation are built into the engine, configurable per service or tenant.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Multi-tenant isolation covers configuration, data, and scaling; AI features are strictly scoped to your own tenant.
